EXCITING MONTH OF OCTOBER AHEAD!
* The year is flying by. We've had a lot of great movement with The Bannen Way and Jesse and I are currently pitching to Networks and Cable now with our amazing new team member and Showrunner, Javier Grillo-Marxuach. We've been kicking ass and hoping to sell this baby soon!
* I'm leaving thrusday for NYC to act in the fifth season of branded series THE TEMP LIFE with Illeana Douglas, Craig Bierko and creator Wilson Cleveland. Over the summer I shot a promo teaser with BREAK A LEG's Yuri Barnovsky and team for a new Web/TV series called LOVEMAKERS. We premiered the teaser at the NYTVFest last week to a huge and enthusiastic response. I'm Executive Producing the project as well and we begin pitching this month.
* Bannen producer Bailey Williams and I have been developing and pitching several projects similar to Bannen: larger budgeted action oriented Web Series/Feature Films that I am acting and executive producing.
* I'm directing for the first time in almost four years! There's a new Branded Series (that will be announced in the next week), my episode is written by Streamy Nominated Susan Miller from ANYONE BUT ME and THE 'L' WORD and stars WAREHOUSE 13's Eddie McClintock and Jaime Murray from DEXTER. I am so excited for this. Bannen's awesome DP, Roger Chingerian will be shooting and our now big time Burn Notice editor, Zack Arnold will be cutting it.
* My super talented girlfriend Brianne Davis and I are producing two projects together; a Docu-Style series that we've shot a sizzle for and an original series that she co-created with Briana Lane, called BRI SQUARED. We're shooting the pilot episode of BRI SQUARED on November 13th with Brianne Davis, Briana Lane, Autumn Reeser, Jorge Garcia, Gabriel Tigerman and will be directed by Joy Gohring.
* Greg Safel is producing the WEB SERIES WORKSHOP with me. We will be doing the first New York Workshop on 10-10-10 at the Showbiz Store & Cafe in NYC. We will be doing December and January in Los Angeles and locking dates for San Francisco and Toronto.
